The equipment takes centrifugal separation as the core principle. Slurry enters from the eccentric tangential inlet to form a strong swirling flow field to achieve sand-milk separation. Due to higher density, sand impurities are thrown to the cylinder wall under the action of swirling flow and sink downward along the cone surface to the bottom slag collection area. The purified starch milk flows upward along the equipment center, forms an internal swirling flow and is discharged from the overflow port to enter the next processing procedure. The slag collection area adopts an anti-backmix structure design to avoid backflow of settled impurities and ensure sustained and stable separation effect. The equipment does not need additional power to drive rotating parts, and can complete separation only by feeding pressure with lower energy consumption. Regular slag discharge can keep the equipment running efficiently, and the operation is simple and convenient.
